1. The Project Proponent is required to deposit Rs. 18000/- to account for NOC regularization fee and consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for its appropriate slab.
2. The Project Proponent is required to submit following documents:
• Environment Management Plan.
• NOC from Forest Department regarding applicability of PLPA, 1900.
• Mining flow chart.
• Submit compliance of Environment Clearance conditions in annotated form.
