The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that:-
1. The industry has changed in name and style from M/s Jangra Chemicals Private Limited to M/s Wyko International Private, as such, the industry is required to apply for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
2. The industry has not filled Wastewater Disposal Details and its quantity in application form.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please.
