The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The PP was issued show cause notice for revocation of CTO under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 is issued to the industry vide letter no. 8139 dated 27.02.2026 with hearing on 20.03.2026, which was further postponed and held on 10.04.2026 vide letter no. 170 dated 06.04.2026. The PP need to submit the compliance report of the decisions of the hearing.
2. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate mentioning the cost of the project of Rs. 381.71 Crore and now the project proponent has submitted the CA certificate which showing the cost of the project of Rs. 395.24 Crore. The project proponent has need to submit the reason for increase in its fixed assets and NOC regularization fee for enhancement of its fixed assets.
