The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has submitted undertaking that they would be procuring raw material from legal source of Punjab Government approved sites in District Rupnagar and Himachal Pradesh, the industry is requested to submit certificate of legal source of raw material for the same.
2. The industry is required to submit NOC/Speaking order for issuance of license / pending case/FIR status/ written permission w.r.t. capacity of raw material from Mining department.
3. The industry is required to submit affidavit for compliance to the code of compliance stipulated for such units and no involvement in illegal mining since there were earlier FIRs registered against the unit and the industry has not submitted current status of those.
4. The industry is required to submit latest partnership deed/rent deed and other relevant land documents as per the application form (3 partners mentioned) or correct the details in the application form and submit with relevant lease/transfer documents of ownership.
As such, the industry is required to re-submit the application form with correct details after attending the above said observations immediately.
