During scrutinize the application following discrepancies are observed as under:-
1. The industry has submitted letter regarding Acceptance of Existing Building Plans issued from Chief Inspector of Factories, PBIP, Chandigarh but, the industry has submitted copy of existing building Accepted by the Authority.
2. The industry has submitted Comprehensive Plan for Disposal of Treated Effluent in Rainy Season it seems inadequate as there is no provision mentioned regarding utilization of stored water in the storage tanks.
It is therefore, requested to submit reply of the observations within 02-days so that the application can be processed. |
