Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed that the industry has neither deposited the Consent to Operate (CTO) fee nor furnished details of the CTO fee already deposited, despite enhancement in the fixed assets value.
Further, the industry has not submitted the NOC regularization fee corresponding to the enhanced value of fixed assets.
In view of the above, the industry is hereby requested to submit the requisite clarification regarding CTO fee and NOC regularization fee within a period of two (02) days as the application may be considered accordingly. |
