The application was scrutinized and following discrepencies are observed:-
1. As per electricity bills submitted by the industry as proof of date of commissioning, electric load was increased in July 2024, but the industry has submitted an undertaking/in application form that the industry was commissioned in July 2025.
2. The industry has not obtained completion certificate from PSCT, Chandigarh even after stared its operation approx. 02 years ago.
3. The industry has not submitted building plan approved under factory act.
It is therefore requested to clarify above observations within 02 days.
