The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that the industry has made expansion without NOC of the Board, as per the application form the industry has installed one new rolling mill of capacity 12 TPH, further, the industry has increased its production capacity from 78 MTPD to 110 MTPD, however raw material of the industry remains same, which needs clarification. It is also submitted that the industry has decrease its electric load from 7490 kw to 2990 KW after expansion, which needs clarification. The industry has increased its fixed assets from 659.2 Lacs to 1081.13 Lacs, however, the industry has not submitted the detail regarding increase in its fixed assets. The industry is also required to submit the year wise C.A certificate w.r.t. to increase of fixed assets. The cost of plant & machinery is 773.23 Lacs, as per consent management policy of the Board, the industry falls in medium scale, however the industry has applied for CTO in small scale. The industry has not provided complete feasibility report which show details regarding dimensions and specification of APCD and other details regarding efficiency of APCD. You are requested to submit the above said documents and clarification within 2 days. |
