On scrutinizing the previous observation and application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form and Brief project report that the wastewater will be discharged into a sewer. However, the letter from the Municipal Council (MC) Derabassi confirms that no sewer line exists in the area. That means the proposed disposal method is currently not feasible.
2. The project proponent needs to submit additional proposal for disposal of wastewater, due to no sewer line exists in the area.
3. The project proponent is required to submit additional proposal for the land for developing plantation to contain the remaining quantity of treated wastewater. For additional land, the project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
