The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The Rice Sheller has submitted the CA certificate without UDIN number. As such, the adequacy of consent fee could be calculated.
2. The Rice Sheller has not submitted the completion certificate of APCD installed with the newly installed dryer.
3. The Rice Sheller has not deposited the additional consent fee under the both Acts.
4. The Rice Sheller has not submitted the compliance of NOC conditions granted to it.
As such, the Rice Sheller is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
