On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. In the application form, the project proponent has mentioned the address of the industry as Mubarikpur. However, as per the registry documents and the approved building plan, the address is recorded as Village Kheri. Therefore, the project proponent is required to apply for Consent to Operate using the correct address.
2. The address of the industry mentioned in the Certificate of In Principle Approval is mismatch with the address mentioned in the registry & building plan.
3. The certificate of Principle approval is issued for manufacturing of PVC water tank. However, the project proponent submitted manufacturing process of Rock-N-Roll Machine.
4. As per the manufacturing process, the category selected by the project proponent is incorrect.
5. The project proponent is required to submit site suitability certificate from concerned department.
6. The project proponent has mentioned wrong pin code in the application form. The project proponent needs to change in the application form.
7. The project proponent has not mentioned complete correspondence address in the application form. The project proponent needs to change in the application form.
8. The project proponent has mentioned total investment cost is Rs. 23 lakh and plant and machinery cost is Rs. 6 lakh in the application form. However, as per the CA certificate, the total investment cost is Rs. 27.53 lakh and plant & machinery cost is Rs. 1.53 lakh. The project proponent needs to change in the application form.
