The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted Certificate of Revenue Authorities indicating the distance of proposed site of industry from the MC Iimits, Phirni / Lallakir of the nearest village and distance from designated residential area as declared by competent authority /residential area comprising of 15 pucca houses.
2. The project proponent has not submitted the land use classification / Change of Land Use (CLU) document.
3. Feasibility report from a qualified technical Person has not been submitted.
