The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has mentioned in the request letter that the NOC was applied for sector 98, 86, 99 & 105. However, the project proponent has mentioned the complete address of the project in the application form. The project proponent has not mentioned the complete address along with project name in the application form as per supporting documents submitted by the project proponent i.e. Environmental Clearance and CLU granted by the Competent Authority. The project proponent has submitted reply of the above observations and the same was found not satisfactory.
2. The project proponent needs to submit the detailed project report regarding how many plots are occupied and the consent status of the same.
3. The project report submitted by the project proponent is not proper as the project proponent has not submitted disposal detail of excess treated effluent after flushing.
4. The detail filled in the application form is not proper i.e. PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT,1981, as per Environmental Clearance granted by the Competent Authority.
5. The project proponent has not submitted brief project report of entire project after expansion (including existing + expansion) with population details, water consumption, generation and disposal details.
6. The project proponent needs to submit the details of additional Env. activities/ CER carried out by project proponent.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days. |
