While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted the latest CA certificate of the project as of 2025-26.
2. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of previous obtained consent to operate from the Board.
3. The project proponent has not submitted the CLU of the college and CLU from the Competent Authority within one month, as per the special condition no. 01 of the previous granted consent to operate from the Board.
Also, the project proponent has not submitted the building plans approved by the Competent Authority, to the Board, as per the special condition no. 02 of the previous granted consent to operate from the Board.
4. The project proponent has applied for the built-up area of 148026 sqm. However, has applied under industry type, ie, Building & Const. project not covered under EIA notification dated 14/9/06. The project proponent needs to clarify regarding the same.
5. The project proponent needs to submit comments regarding the special condition no. 08 of previous obtained consent to operate, i.e, The project proponent shall not carry out any activity/ construction, which is covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006. In case, it is established at any stage that the institute is covered under the ambit of the EIA notification 14/09/2006 and the project proponent has carried out any construction/ activity without obtaining requisite Environment Clearance from the competent authority, in such event of a failure to obtain clearance, the project proponent shall be held liable for appropriate action for the violation of the EIA notification dated 14/09/2006 and the Consent to Operate granted shall be deemed cancelled.
Therefore, the project proponent needs to submit reply to the above-mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
