While scrutinized the application of the industry it was observed that:
1. Earlier, the industry was applied renewal of CTO which was returned due to some observations. Now, the industry has again applied with same wrong raw material quantity and not submitted the reply of earlier observation raised on the application.
2. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate mentioning the cost of the project of Rs. 95.04 Crore and now the project proponent has submitted the CA certificate which showing the cost of the project of Rs. 95.45 Crore. The project proponent has need to submit the reason for increase in its fixed assets and also need to deposit NOC regularization fee.
