Sir,
In reference to the clarifications raised in the above said application, it is submitted as under:
1. With regard to the clarification regarding Khasra number, it is submitted that the relevant document pertaining to Khasra No. 1924/1 is attached herewith for kind consideration. The discrepancy may kindly be treated as clarified accordingly.
2. With regard to the clearance under Forest/PLPA Act, 1900 status of the proposed land, it is submitted that the undertaking in this regard, along with the land diversion document from the Government, is attached herewith for kind consideration.
In view of the above, the clarifications as sought are hereby submitted and the application may kindly be considered further. |
