The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has not submitted analysis report of the effluent sample by NABL approved laboratory.
2. Th project proponent is required to provide the report regarding actual development at site i.e. number of residential plots, commercial plots developed with complete bifurcation.
3. The CA value provided is as of 31.03.2025. the project proponent is required to provide the latest gross fixed assets value without deprecation. As such, the fee adequacy cannot be adjudged.
4. The project proponent is required to provide the details of the regarding expansion of STP and Disposal area such as land under Karnal Technology by earmarking it on site plan and shall also earmarked any changes of layout of green area undergone.
5. The project proponent has not mentioned the Solid Waste Generation Details in the application form.
