The application of the project has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The value of project as mentioned in the application form does not match with the detail of CA certificate uploaded online. The pp is required to get the same amended in application form.
2. The project proponent has applied for ‘Consent to Operate’ for category- 3999- Miscellaneous (Green), However, as per the latest categorization of CPCB the industry falls in category 51- Engineering and fabrication units (dry process without any heat treatment / metal surface finishing operations / painting).
3. The project proponent has not mentioned the area of the disposal on the plan of the industry to be use in the Karnal Technology.
Please clarify within 03 days.
