The application of the project has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted approved building plan from Competent Authority to access the offsets of the building from the boundary.
2. The project proponent has not submitted compliance of SOP devised by CPCB and PPCB for poultry farms.
3. The project proponent has not submitted distance certificate from revenue authority w.r.t. the distances prescribed by the CPCB for Poultry Farms in SOP.
4. The industry has not submitted the details of the area used for disposal for the wastewater.
Please clarify within 03 days.
