The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has submitted analysis report of stack emission samples of 3 no. DG sets of capacity 1010 kVA each. However, in the application form, the project proponent has applied for consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for DG set of capacity 3030 kVA and the same is not proper.
2. The detail filled in the application form is not proper as per CA certificate submitted by the project proponent i.e. PART-A: GENERAL INFORMATION: serial no. 6 Total investment of the industry/project (i) Total cost of the industry/project (in Lacs) (ii) Cost of Plant & Machinery (in Lacs).
3. The project proponent needs to apply consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as the same was expired on 31.03.2026.
4. The project proponent has not linked the consent fee with the application form.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
