Sir, after discussion of the case, it is submitted that the original application was submitted with the proposed mode of disposal of wastewater through rainwater harvesting pits, which is not permissible. Although during scrutiny and subsequent discussion, the applicant was guided to revise the wastewater disposal proposal in line with the recycling-based approach as discussed above, the same could not be corrected in the present application.
In this regard, the representative of the unit, Sh. Rajat (Mob. No. 788-8670309), was advised to withdraw the application and submit a revised reply with proper mode of wastewater disposal, so that the case could be processed accordingly. However, the applicant has expressed technical inability on the online portal to withdraw or revise the application at his end.
In view of the above, it is proposed that the present application may be returned to the project proponent, with advice to submit a revised application/reply incorporating the correct and permissible wastewater management and disposal proposal, so that the case may be processed further as per rules. |
