Sir, During scrutiny of the application and documents submitted online, the following deficiencies/observations have been noticed:
1. Consent fee has not been properly linked with the application; multiple UTR screenshots have been uploaded and the fee amount mentioned in the application does not correspond to the uploaded screenshots.
2. Approved building plan from the competent local authority/Municipal Council has not been submitted.
3. Details of treatment and disposal arrangements for effluent, wherever applicable, along with permission/NOC for disposal into the public sewer from the concerned authority, have not been provided....
In view of the above, the applicant may submit the requisite documents and clarifications on the above-said observations within a period of two (02) days, failing which the application will be liable to be returned. |
