The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The poultry farm has applied under old category. As such, the poultry farm is required to apply under new category i.e. 133 - Poultry, piggery, and hatchery.
2. There is increase in value of land amounting to Rs. 52.03 lacs. As such, the unit is required to submit the land documents as well as classification of the said land.
3. The unit has submitted the CA certification after providing depreciation in the value of plant & machinery. As such, the unit is required to submit the CA certificate without providing any depreciation in it so as to ascertain the adequacy of consent fee.
As such, the unit is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
