Earlier, the following clarifications raised to project proponent:-
1. The project proponent has submitted undertaking of the adjacent land for disposal of treated effluent. The project proponent has not submitted ownership documents of the adjacent land nor submitted lease deed of the adjacent land for disposal of the treated effluent generated in the proposed project.
2. The project proponent has not submitted aks sajra mentioning khasra numbers from Revenue Authorities.
3. The project proponent has submitted the feasibility report for the proposed STP with a capacity of 100 KLD, in which the provision of land for disposal of treated effluent is not justified.
No reply was submitted by the Project proponent. Now, project proponent has submitted the application with same discrepancies. It is requested to submit/clarify the following within two days:-
1. The Project proponent has not submitted registered lease deed of the adjacent land for disposal of the treated effluent generated in the proposed project.
2. The project proponent has not submitted clearly marked aks sajra mentioning khasra numbers of the adjacent land for disposal of treated effluent alongwith the khasra no. of proposed site of the colony from Revenue Authorities.
