On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has mentioned applicant name in the application form is Sh. Pyuesh Mittal as partner. However, in the rent deed the project proponent has mentioned Sh. Pyuesh Gupta. Further, the project proponent has mentioned partner name in the application form is Smt. Meenu Gupta, but in the partnership deed mentioned Smt. Meenu. The project proponent needs to amend the partnership deed or application form.
2. The project proponent submitted building plan in the same of Smt. Saroj Goyal. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit building plan in the name of industry.
3. The plot address mentioned in the building plan, PSIEC letter is same but in the application form and electricity is different. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit amended document.
4. The project proponent has not submitted authorized signatory letter in the name of Sh. Pyuesh Mittal that he is authorized to apply or sign the application, documents.
5. The project proponent has not mentioned source of air pollution in the application form.
6. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility/ brief report of water pollution/ air pollution control device.
7. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate of Electric Evaporator used for evaporate of trade effluent generated from the process.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation till 12:00 noon tomorrow.
