The application was scrutinized and observed that:
1. The industry has not submitted bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- as an assurance that it will only utilize fuel from oil companies authorized by the Govt of India as prescribed in the fuel policy of Punjab.
2. The industry has not submitted concrete proof of date of commissioning with the application so as to adequacy of consent fee deposited by the industry cannot be adjudged.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please.
