| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and following were observed: -
1. The brick kiln has given an undertaking for operation of the brick kiln from 02.05.2019 to 30.05.2019 which is not attested by a C.A.
2. As per the submission of the brick kiln, it operated till 30.05.2019, therefore, it needs to deposit minimum Rs. 1.0 lacs as environmental compensation, however, the brick kiln has deposited only Rs. 25,000/- as environmental compensation.
3. Please attach C.A. certificate showing value of fixed assets (including land, building and plant & machinery) as on 31.03.2020 without any depreciation.
Please comply with the above said observations for further processing of the application.
