Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, the industry be granted consent to establish (NOC) for manufacturing of Biogas @ 1250 m3/h & Bio Fertilizer @ 30 MTD by using Paddy Straw @ 85 MTD, Press mud @ 20 MTD and Cow Dung @ 15 MTD as raw material in the revenue estate of Vill. Ghungrali Rajputan, Khasra no. 24/2, 25/2, 4/1, 4/2, 5, 6, 7, 1, 10, 11/1, 14, 15/1/1 subject to suitable and following conditions: i) As per policy of the Board dated 30/04/2013, a copy of NOC granted alongwith copy of Jamabandi (submitted by the industry) be forwarded to DTP, Ludhiana for objections, if any. ii) The industry shall submit approved building plans of the industry approved under the 3A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952, after completion of proposed project. iii) The industry shall deposit the necessary NOC fees as per Board’s order dated 29/10/2018. iv) The industry shall get its CLU done from Deptt. of Town and Country Planning, if required for such type of industries at the proposed site. |
