In view of above facts mentioned in the note, may if approved, short term consent may be renewed under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 upto 31.03.2021 subject to the suitable conditions as mentioned in the previous consents granted to the unit and additional conditions as under:
1. The industry will not indulge itself in any kind of illegal mining and will obtain raw material from legal mining sources only.
2. The industry will immediately provide environmental data board.
3. The industry will maintain recirculation tank for proper recirculation of wastewater.
