<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">As discussed with your good self, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital up to 30/09/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions that :-</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">1. The hospital will get effluent sample (combined liquid and domestic effluent) analyzed from an approved lab of the Board within 02 months.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">2. The hospital will renew its agreement time to time made with Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility well before its expiry and submit the copy of same in this office.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> 3. The HCF shall comply vide Head Office, no. 468 dated 31/08/2021 issued by Punjab Pollution Control Board.</span></p> |
