Further, the industry has neither submitted any stack emission sampling report nor deposited any stack emission collection and analysis charges in advance. Accordingly, the air consent has been recommended upto 30/09/2023. During visit, it was observed that the industry has provided Separate Cyclones as APCD along with stack of adequate height to control the process emission from shelling section as well as Dryer with stacks of adequate height to control the process emission shelling section as well as dryer section. From which it is clear that the industry has already installed dryer in its premises. In the above note, it is mentioned that as per the policy of the Board the site is suitable for installation of Dryer and increase in production capacity. Submitted please.</span></p> |
