The present occupancy in the colonies ., Silver Oaks Homes (73), Silver Oaks City-I (48), Silver Oaks City-II (73) and Silver Oaks Avenue (40)) total 234. Hence, the approximate domestic effluent generation is 130KLD for which STP of adequate capacity has been installed.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The PP has developed 1.5 acres plantation area outside the colony limit, however, failed to submit the lease deed of the said land.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The colonizer has about total 4 acres of land under parks / gardens and another 1.5 acres of land along the roads of all the colonies as well as vacant plots. However, colonizer has not provided / attached site plan for this purpose.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The colonizer has yet to provide management of solid waste in the colony premises.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Regarding the assets of the colony which has been reduced <span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">Rs. 3.23 crore to Rs. 2.90 Lakh</span>, the matter was discussed with the representative of the colony and informed that due to sale out of all the plots, the fixed asset has been reduced but failed to give clear cut reply / yearly CA certificate mentioning cost of land, building, plant & machinery.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The colonizer is not maintain the record of generation of effluent of each colony and meter provided at outlet of STP was out of order.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">From above it is clear that colonizer is failed to complying with the provision of Water Act, 1974. Therefore, it is recommended that application for obtaining consent to operate of the Board may be refused.</p>
