<p style="text-align: justify;">1. There is no increase in the production capacity and there is no change plant & machinery.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry is having 2.2 KL/month trade effluent agreement, which is to be lifted to CETP i.e. M/s JBR Technology, Ludhiana. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. At present, the industry is not using ETP and industry is lifting its trade effluent to CETP, Ludhiana. </p>
