CTOA/Fresh/SGR/2021/15937593 dated. 25/06/2021, valid upto 24/06/2022 for Service & Washing of Four Wheeler light Motor Vehicles Automobile @ 12 nos./day. Now, it has applied for renewal of consents to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry was visited on 16/07/2022 by the officer of the Board and reported there is no source of air pollution except silent DG set of capacity 25 KVA. The industry is complying with the earlier granted consent conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">In view of recommendations given by Regional Office, if approved, renewal of air consent may be granted to the industry upto 30/06/2023 with suitable condition and specific condition that the industry shall not add any additional air polluting process without getting prior permission of the Board, please.</span></p>
