<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is intimated that </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">the industry has applied for the fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 through online system alongwith documents under green category. The industry has deposited Rs. 43000/- vide UTR No. IDIBH22220144719 dated 08.08.2022 on the account of water consent fees and Rs. 43000/- vide UTR No. IDIBH22220145123 dated 30.01.2022 on account of air consent fees & Rs. 2900/- vide UTR No. IDIBH22220145276 dated 08.08.2022 against the </span>fixed assets of Rs. 71.65/- Lacs, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Accordingly, the site of the industry was visited by AEE on 12.08.2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Prevention of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions.</span></p>
