<p>Note history perused the indsutry was given hearing before Chairman of the Board on 24/09/2019, wherein it was decided that:-</p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 18.4px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry shall get the study conducted from a Technical consultant of good repute having experience in the field of metal processing industries of guide regarding the presence and also regarding the disposal of waste water generated from the barreling process in Hand tool industries with a period of one month.</span></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">EERO-1 Jalandhar has reported that the industry has engaged IIT Ropar for investigation of presence of metal in the sludge. Please discuss with findigs of the report submitted by IIT Ropar. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">As per the report of RO-1, the industry has made fresh agreement with JBR Tech. Ludhiana for lifting of effluent from 55000 Ltr/ Month to 70000 Ltr/Month. Please comment as to whether this agreement is tenable in view of the fact that the capacity of CETP electroplating stands exhuasted and no further fresh / enhancement agreements are being made by the operator. </span></p>
