CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2020/14448591 dated 17.12.2020 to establish cold in the revenue estate of Village Dholan, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana for cold storage unit of capacity 5000 MT for storage & preservation of vegetables & fruits.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied through OCMMS on 05.08.2022 for obtaining first time ‘Consent to operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 & for the Air Act, 1981 for cold storage unit of capacity 5000 MT for storage & preservation of vegetables & fruits. Details of the Case are as under: </span></p>

Fee deposited by the industry is adequate for period upto 30.06.2027 under both acts. </span></span></p>
