<p style="text-align: justify;">As per file record, the last air emission sampling of Shelling section were carried out by Board's lab on 12/01/2018 and the concentration of particulate matter were found to be 367 mg/Nm3, which is within the permissible limt prescribed by the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">However, the industry has not submitted the latest air emission sample report from Board's lab/approved lab and has not submitted the advance air emission sample fee.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> It is therefore, if approved, <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 96px;">it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 may be renewed up to 30/09/2031</span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 96px;">& under the Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2023</span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 96px;"> for manufacturing of Raw Rice (without Sortex Machinery and without dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 3.0 TPH under orange category, subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein.</span></p> |
