<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">b) What is the status about storage and disposal of HW i.e. waste oil and paint sludge.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif'; color: black;">b)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif'; color: black;">The D.G. set is of capacity 75 KVA only. The servicing is carried out rather sporadically. The little oil waste generated is used for lubrication purpose. Further, no significant paint sludge is generated.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2026 along with suitable conditions.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">2.</span><span style="line-height: 24px;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">Electricity supply of the industry may be restored permanently. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; text-indent: -11.15pt;">Electricity supply of the industry may be restored temporarily for six month period. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"><span style="text-indent: -14.8667px;">2.</span>The Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto six month with usual conditions along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">(a) The industry shall provide appropriate arrangements with proper exhaust for control of spray paint emissions from paint section / process being carrieed out in closed room within 01 month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">(b) The industry shall not carry out any spray paint work in open atmosphere.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">(c) The industry shall execute agreement with authorized facility for disposal of Hazardous Waste i.e. waste oil & paint sludge in an environmentally sound manner immediately.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -11.15pt; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 11.15pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">(d) The industry shall apply for Authorization under HWM Rules 2016 with in 01 month.</span></p>
