<p>It is submitted that recommendations were already given by the undersigned vide note dated 12.8.2022. Also, clear cut comments was given vide note dated 15.8.2022 w.r.t observations of Zonal office. EE,ZO recommended the case for grant on 13.8.22 and never asked the RO for comments on current sitting guidelines for rice mills dated 15.10.2013. The industry is required to submit the reports from DTP as well as revenue authorities as per policy of the rice mills. Further, distances from various parameters were submitted above by the AEE. Submitted for approval as already proposed vide note dated 12.8.22, please.</p> |
