<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 2.0cm; line-height: 150%; margin: 5.0pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry has deposited Rs. 11300/- (Rs. 10800/- as NOC fees and Rs. 500/- as application form fees) vide online UTR no. N207222051599208 dated 26/07/2022. The NOC fees deposited by the industry is adequate for one year against</span><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-language: PA;"> the proposed cost of the project of Rs. </span><span lang="EN-US">310.0 </span><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-language: PA;">lakh (as per project report).</span><span lang="EN-US"> The manufacturing process of the industry is as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted feasibility report, according to which the total fresh water requirement will be 7.0 KLD out of which 5.0 KLD will be used for washing of plastic and 2.0 KLD will for Domestic purposes. The trade effluent to be generated from washing will be 5.0 KLD and it will be collected in the leakage proof collection tank. The industry has proposed to install Effluent Treatment Plant of capacity of 10.0 KLD, keeping in mind of future expansion. The industry has proposed to re-circulate entire treated effluent (5.0 KLD) back into the washing process after treatment in the ETP. The proposed components of the ETP as under:</span></p>

The industry has proposed to provide septic tank, after which domestic effluent shall be used for plantation purpose within the premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry has submitted land use classification certificate from DTP, SAS Nagar, vide no. 674 dated 19/04/2022, wherein it has been mentioned that Khasra no. 476, 479 or 0.413 acre is falling under FEZ area. Thus, the site is suitable for setting up of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry has submitted partnership deed executed between Nisha Kalani as 1<sup>st</sup> party, Sachin Kalani as 2<sup>nd</sup> party and Sukhram Sharma as 3<sup>rd</sup> party.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is worth to mention here that the industry has submitted a lease deed certificate executed dated 28/03/2022 between Mr. Sachin Kalani S/o Sh. Jagdish Chand Kalani (Lessor) and M/s Simran Plastic (lessee), wherein Khasra no. 476/3 (1-15-0), 477/4 (0-0-17), 478/3 (0-3-15), 479 (6-2-0) have been mentioned. However, in the land use classification certificate, only Khasra no. 476, 479 are mentioned. In this regard, a clarification was raised through online system, in reply to which, the industry has replied as under:</span></p>
