CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2021/15897569 dated 10.08.2021 which is valid upto 31.12.2024 for manufacturing Printed foils 20.0 Kgs/day, Printed Carton 30000 Numbers/Day by using Foil 20.0 Kgs/day, Craft Paper 30000 Numbers/Day as a raw material under the name and style of M/s Prj Industries, Plot No 05, Industrial Area, Morithikri, Dearbassi subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 5.9pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under green category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and varied consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of Printed foils 1000 Kgs/day, Printed Carton 30000 Numbers/Day by using Foil 1000 Kgs/day, Craft Paper 30000 Numbers/Day as a raw material under the name and style of M/s Prj Industries Private Limited, Plot No 05, Industrial Area, Morithikri, Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 5.9pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry had deposited Rs 21000/- vide UTR No. IDFBH21098639066 dated 08.04.2021 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Rs. 21500/- vide UTR no. IDFBH21098639079 dated 08.04.2021 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as FDF and Rs. 4200/- vide UTR No. IDFBH21098639002 dated 08.04.2021 as NOC regularization fee. The total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 17.06.2025 after adjusting 50 % of one year fees as penalty under both Acts, against the fixed assets of the industry i.e. 94.0 lacs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 5.9pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide UTR. No. IOBAN22203393324 dated 22.07.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 8400/- vide UTR. No. IOBAN22203395785 dated 22.07.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The balanced fee against its increase assets is adjusted from the existing fee deposited under both Acts. The total fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 27.05.2024 </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">against the fixed assets of Rs. 550.44 lacs and in accordance with the latest fee structure of the Board issued vide order no. 524 dated 29.10.2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 5.9pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 5.9pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted an undertaking in which mentioned that:</span></p>

Now, I applied for consent to operate due to change in name of the industry from M/s PRJ INDUSTRIES to M/s PRJ INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED and increase in production capacity. Our industry will comply with the all provisions including scope of submitting bank guarantee, if required, in the event of other wastes at our site.”</span></em></strong></p>

Rajnish Kumar Singla Competent Person recognized by Director of Factories, Punjab under the name and style of M/s PRJ INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 5.9pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted Registration Certificate of GST under the name and style of M/s PRJ INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The industry has submitted Certificate of Incorporation under the name and style of M/s PRJ INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed one no. DG set provided with canopy and stack of adequate height<span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-language: PA;">. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.1pt 12.0pt 0in;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2023 for manufacturing of <span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Printed foils 1000 Kgs/day, Printed Carton 30000 Numbers/Day </span>with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions that:-</p>
