Also, as per the&nbsp;</span><span style="text-indent: -18pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">project report submitted at the time of submission of NOC application, the cost of land and construction was shown as Rs. 9 crore and Rs. 34.4 crore, respectively, whereas as per the CA certificate dated 06.07.2022, the cost has been shown as Rs. 14.62 crore only. The Regional Office submitted letter obtained from the authorised signatory of the colony dated 16.08.2022, wherein it has been informed that actual incurred figure is Rs. 14.62 crores and that they were not aware that they have old ID while registering on invest Punjab.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">In view of above, if approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 &amp; Air Act, 1981 be issued to the residential colony alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competency : CEE</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">&nbsp;</span></p>
