<p style="text-align: justify;">The project proponent has proposed an Oxygen Gas Manufacturing unit with Air seperation unit and has applied for ‘Consent to Establish’ from the Board along with requisite documents and fees under Large-Orange category.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has submitted Allotment letter of the Land from PSIEC for industrial use, Certificate of In ln-corporation, Detailed project report and Site Plan/Location Plan. The documents submitted by the industry may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has proposed an Air seperation unit in which air will be collected from atmosphere and the same will be filtered, compressed, cooled, purified and will be distilled to form liquid oxygen and other gases in liquid form. The liquid gases will then further be filled in cylinders and will be sold in the market. As per the project report submitted by the industry there is no air or water pollution to be generated from the industry as such no ETP or APCD has been proposed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The proposed site was visited by undersigned on 10.08.2022 and it was observed that the iste of the industry was lying vacant and no development work has started yet. The site falls in E-cycle Industrial cycle valley located at Village Dhanansu, Ludhiana which is an Industrial area. The industry has submitted an allotment letter from PSIEC for proof of the same. As such, the site is suitable.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, if approved, Consent to Establish may be granted to the industry for one year period with suitable conditions, please.</p>
