<p style="text-align: justify;">The application was examined and observed that the directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 & 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 were issued to the PSPCL authorities to not restore the electricity connection of the industry after 30.06.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has now submitted bank guarantee of Rs. 1.00 lac vide BG no. 6319NDDG00004623 dated 19.07.2022, which is valid upto 18.07.2025. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, RO be requested to clarify whether any violation observed after submitting a bank guarantee and submit the application and recommendations accordingly.</p>
