<p style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">1.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry had already sortex machine with the value of Rs 7330898.78 which had been scraped and now the industry had installed new sortex machine of Rs. 7943217.00. Therefore, the industry has increased the value in the machinery head.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">2.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted undertaking, which is reproduced as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 0in; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-language: PA;">"Addition of approx 50 lac in building account from period 2018 to 2022 is due to making of new rice rice godown, office, labour quarter room and open yard. It is submitted that no land or machinery addition fro enhancement of capacity has been done during this period."</span></em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has not made any addition in the land. However, the industry has bifurcated the cost of land & building separately.</span></p>
