<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the industry is a small<span style="color: red;"> </span>scale orange category printing unit. Earlier the industry was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDH3/2022/17955819 dated 22.03.2022 for the production of printing of baby garments @ 500 number/day with disposal of trade effluent @ 0.04 KLD evaporation by electric heaters and domestic effluent @ 0.4 KLD into sewer, which is valid upto 21.09.2022. Further the directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 were issued to the PSPCL authorities to restore the electric connection of the unit temporarily upto 21.09.2022 vide Board’s letter no. 1799 dated 24.03.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 for the production of </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Printing of baby garments </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">@ 500 numbers/day with the disposal of trade effluent @ 0.04 KLD </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">forced evaporation </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">and domestic effluent @ 0.4 KLD into sewer. The industry had already deposited Rs. 32,400/- vide UTR no. BARBY22027336696 dated 27.01.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 1800/- vide UTR no. AXMB220364533639 dated 05.02.2022 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate upto 30.09.2030. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by officer of this office on 02.09.2022 and observed that:-</span></p>
