<p style="text-align: justify;">The agenda note and report / recommendations of AEE/EE, RO, may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry is a small scale orange category industry.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981. The industry has deposited consents fee, which is adequate upto 28.08.2032 (Water) 28.05.2032 (Air).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by AEE of RO on 18.08.2022 and it was observed as under :-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in manufacturing of cattle feed using MAIZE, BINOLA/COTTON SEED, SALT, RICE BRAN, DOC, KHAL SARSON, WHEAT, SHIRA, MINERALS & ALLIED PRODUCTS, BAGS/CARTOON as raw material.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The Industry has installed automatic cattle feed machine consisting of grinder, elevator, and mixture for manufacturing cattle feed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The industry has also installed 1. No. wood fired baby boiler provide with adequate stack height.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. No trade effluent is generated by the industry and domestic effluent is discharge onto land for plantation after septic tank. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. The industry has submitted DTP letter dated 02.08.2021 in which DTP has stated that <span lang="PA">ਆਪ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ/ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਤ ਲੋਕਲ ਪਲੈਨਿੰਗ ਏਰੀਆ</span>, <span lang="PA">ਅਹਿਮਦਗੜ (2010-31) ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਅਜੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋ ਇਹ ਪਲਾਟ/ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਰੈਗੁਲਾਈਜੇਸ਼ਨ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਮਿਲਖ ਅਫਸਰ (ਰੈਗੂ) ਗਲਾਡਾ</span>, <span lang="PA">ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪਾਸੋ ਜਾਰੀ ਮੀਮੋ ਨੰਬਰ</span> EO/GLADA/Ldh/2021/3982, <span lang="PA">ਮਿਤੀ 09.07.2021 ਰਾਹੀ ਰਕਬਾ 2316 ਵਰਗ ਗਜ ਦਾ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਅਲ ਪ੍ਰਪਜ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਰੈਗੁਲਾਈਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਸੀ. ਐਲ. ਯੂ ਦੀ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ । ਮਿਲਖ ਅਫਸਰ (ਰੈਗੂ) ਗਲਾਡਾ</span>, <span lang="PA">ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵੱਲੋ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਰੈਗੁਲਾਈਜੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਸੀ. ਐਲ. ਯੂ. ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ । ਆਪ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਰੈਗੁਲਾਈਜੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਮੰਨਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ</span> <span lang="PA">ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਆਪ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਮੰਨਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ । ਇਥੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਦਾਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਨਵੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਰੱਦੋ ਬਦਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪਲਾਟ / ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਨਕਸ਼ਾ ਕੰਪੀਟੈਟ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਪਾਸੋ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ ।</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6. The industry has submitted regularization certificate for building situated in unauthorized colony for the above project issued by GLADA vide letter no. 3982 dated 09.07.2021 and as per GLADA certificate the title of the site is industrial.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. The industry has also submitted the rent deed as well as partnership deed for the project alongwith electricity bill mentioning 28.02.2022 as connection date which may be taken as date of commissioning.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2031 with the suitable conditions of the Board and with special condition that the industry shall comply with the provisions of Master Plan as and when notified.</p>
