<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Earlier the industry was applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 but the same was returned due to incompletion.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now the industry has again applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 but has not applied for consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span>However, the industry is also required to apply for consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has not submitted NOC regularization fee alongwith application form fee. Moreover, the industry has not submitted proof of date of commissioning. Hence, adequacy of consent fee could not be judged, the industry is requested to submit the same. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->A<span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">greement attached by the industry with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana with its application has already got expired. The industry has not submitted valid agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana for lifting of its trade effluent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has not submitted Land documents such as Registration deed/ Jamabandi/ Rent deed/ lease deed indicating details of the property.</p>
