<p>It is submitted that the industry has earlier obtained Consent to operate for operation of rice sheller unit to manufacture Raw Rice/ Sorted rice @ 1.5 TPH with dryer using paddy @ 2.25 TPH dated 27.08.2021 valid upto 30.09.2022.</p>
<p>However in the note history dated 1.9.2022 it has been mentioned that the industry was earlier granted Consent to operate for operation of rice sheller unit to manufacture Raw Rice/ Sorted rice @ 1.5 TPH without dryer using paddy @ 2.25 TPH due to clerical mistake. </p>
<p>therefore the case is of renewal of CTO and industry does not require to submit Drawing of APCD installed with paddy cleaner of drier nor is required to submit MC certificate.</p>
